Technology Areas (TA)
Our technical equipment, our hardware, is in most cases highly advanced, sometimes even unique. We have instruments for structural studies, chemical analysis as well as for mechanical and corrosion testing. Also specially constructed equipment, i e ovens for the development of clad heat exchanger strip, a wind-tunnel for studying heat transfer, and a laboratory equipment for Friction Stir Welding exists in house.
But "instrument time" is not what you are buying when you come to Sapa Technology. A more important factor is the combination of soft- and hardware, e g our our ability to solve problems and exploit possibilities, our personnel and their professional skills, as well as the creativity that result from co-operation between the different technology areas.
